So... someone is attempting to make an offer for our house. They saw we had an open house today and panicked. They haven't sold their house yet, but are willing to drop the price of theirs dramatically in order to purchase ours. They're putting through their offer tonight/tomorrow. This MAY mean I'll have to delay my move to NYC until the end of August (which means I lose the apartment with my friends on Canton in Brooklyn) but this IS the reason I came home this summer... so.... I hope they buy the house? I want to get my mom settled.

It's freaking cold in Connecticut and I miss my roommates and bf desperately. Thankfully, the ontd_startrek meet up on Saturday will lift my spirits.

I'm a little bit behind on things. I'm at 5/8 finished for boxofmagic (I'm hopefully scanning tonight lamardeuse. I ended up re-painting a little bit). I'm going to be signing up for startrekbigbang and reel_startrek. That's going to be so weird.

There is a baby baby baby fawn in the backyard and the miniature poodle we're baby sitting is checking her out. It's pretty adorkable.

lol, but it ran away! It lives with it's momma in the backwoods. I'll take pics the next time I see it wobble into the backyard.
